CANCELLATIONS AND CHANGES TO EXISTING ORDERS:
The nature of our operation is such that changes or cancellation of orders simply distort the manufacturing processing of orders on-hand. When placing an order, please confirm that all information is accurate as badges or nameplates CANNOT be cancelled after an order is placed. Therefore, orders will be processed as received. No Exceptions Allowed.
Most orders received in our office are processed through our order entry system usually within the same business day received. Orders found to be incomplete are set aside until missing information can be obtained. The process of producing a quality badge is unavoidably time consuming. The average timeframe for delivery on stock component badge orders is 3-4 weeks. Plus, the shipping courier may take up to an additional week for delivery depending on what part of the country you reside. Lead time for custom made designs to meet your specifications average 14 weeks or longer.
All personalized and/or custom orders require payment in full and must accompany order. We honor Discover, MasterCard, Visa or Checks.
Although these materials are durable, they will be damaged if carelessly handled. Any abrasive, from a red rough polishing cloth to a gritty brass cleaner, will help destroy the finish of your badge. The badge is already polished. All you want to do is take the surface grease and dirt off your badge. Use a soft cotton cloth and a household liquid dishwashing soap in warm water to clean your badge.
Your badge’s excellent appearance will last a long time if you take common-sense precautions and avoid abrasives and careless use.

i) Badge transactions require presentation of official identification for verification of status and position;
(ii) All badge orders will be further reviewed by our Badge manufacturers, who may request further proof of identification or refuse any badge ordered;
(iii) We will submit your order(s) upon receipt of the Badge Layout Confirmation and Authorization to process your Credit Card Transaction;
(iv) We reserve the right to refuse any badge order based on content or lack of identification.
As a condition of the sale, it is the responsibility of the buyer – without any reservation, qualification, or restriction – to ensure that any official issued product purchased from Public Safety Logos is used in compliance with all local, state, and federal laws or regulations.
